When riding competitively, it is important to take certain time limitations into consideration.
Since all of the rides within the GREC are Vet-Gate systems, it means that your time only stops at the vet, including slip-time into your over-all average.
Therefore, when entering the arrival, be sure to take into consideration your slip time. After the vet check, take into consideration the time it takes to move to and fro from the camp. That will also be the time to measure when walking to saddle up. This usually happens about 10 mins before departure.
